terms of service = services: all services other than 'solicited advice' are rendered for a fee. fee amounts are dependent upon type of service requested, and level of service required. billing: invoices will be generated through paypal ( www.paypal.com ) and sent to provided customer e-mail address. payment: payment must be received before graphics and website passwords are released to customer. customer may request sample images/pages prior to surrendering payment. all payments will be made through paypal ( www.paypal.com ). paypal requires users to register and verify bank accounts before transactions clear. refunds: in the even the customer is not happy with the service or product they receive, customer has right to request a refund. refunds are issued on a case by case basis ONLY. it is not policy to refund all customers. price reductions may apply in certain situations. all refunds/discounts will be agreed upon by all parties before funds are returned. refunds will be made through paypal, or by check if requested. time sensitive requests: time sensitive requests for service will take priority as a courtesy to customer. customer must specifically describe reason for time sensitivity including dates at the time request for service is made. customer requesting services rendered within a period of 5 business days will be charged $5 US funds in addition to total cost of service/product. customer requesting services rendered within a period of 2 business days will be charged $10 US funds in addition to total cost of service/product. time sensitive service charge is nonrefundable except in the event of service failure. in the event of service failure, the time sensitive service charge will be waived and total cost of services will be discounted. discount amounts are determined on a case by case basis. no discount amount for time sensitive service failure will exceed 50% advice: provider of service does not hold any degree or certification in any field. provider is not a professional counselor. provider is not responsible for interpretations of his/her advice and consequences thereof. advice is given to persons under the age of 18 with the understanding that the guardians of such persons are aware of services. it is not the responsibility of the provider to verify age. agreement with the terms of service and stated age on this form are all that is required to solicit advice. in the event that persons under the age of 18 request advice about mature topics (sex, drugs, abuse, depression, disease, violence, etc.) advice WILL be given with the disclaimer that provider is not a trained professional and such persons should seek the advice/assistance of parents, guardians, counselors, doctors, etc... before following solicited advice. advice is free, however, donations will be accepted. provider's rights: provider has the right to refuse service to any customer at any time for any reason. provider is not responsible for use of products once transaction is complete. provider will not tolerate or enable harrassment or messages of hate/discrimination. provider will receive payment for services rendered in a timely manner. contact: all correspondences/questions about services or terms of service should be addressed to chastain@niansahc.com.
